One important task of cryptographic research is validating the design and implementation of cryptographic primitives. Kangacrypt aims to bring together researchers and practitioners who enjoy breaking cryptography. The workshop seeks contributions on the theory and practice of attacking cryptography.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- “Classic” cryptanalysis
- Side-channel attacks
- Fault injection attacks
- Attacks on cryptographic protocols
Kangacrypt 2018 is co-located with the Australian Summer School on Embedded Cryptography ASEC 2018.
